2. Complete and bring the application to us with the following                             requirements:

  • ​

    • Two (2) Months of Recent Paycheck Stubs

    • Current Phone or Utility Bill 

    • Driver’s License (or ID, Passport, etc.)

    • Proof of Insurance

    • Down Payment (***Low as $1500 Subject to BHPH Approval***)

    • Proof of Income for ALL Applicants: (Bring all that apply- 2 Months' Pay stubs, SSI Award letters, Disability Awards, L.E.S, Retirement Plans, W2s, Self Employed-1099's or 3 months' most recent bank statements,

3.  Drive away in under an hour!
